I travel cross-country several times a year for work and I always stay here along the way. The staff is nothing but nice and accommodating; the restaurant and bar have great food and a friendly atmosphere as well. The beds are comfortable and the corner rooms I usually stay in have always been quiet.
I enjoyed my time at the Sheraton. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The room had everything I needed including soap, shampoo, iron, and conveniently located outlets. The bathroom double doors oddly opened into the bathroom cramping the space in front of the toilet. It was also difficult to pull out of the covered parking because the spacing felt cramped. Another guest got out of their car and helped me navigate out of my space though because they had experienced the same issue. The hotel was quiet and is a place I would definitely recommend to others. Also, there are several chain restaurants within a half mile of the location.
My family of 5, and we had 2 rooms. We arrived and rooms were not ready. Russell did a great job of taken care of everything and made it worth staying here. The staff is wonderful and pleasant. We have stayed here twice and I just want to say we had a great stay. Thank you Russ for all you did.
I went to training seminars and everything was great. Clean, served coffee and snacks all day and the staff were friendly and helpful.
None of this is the fault of the staff - who again, do a great job, but I expect better of the Sheraton brand.
If it weren’t for the excellent service from the staff, I’d reduce this to one star. The equipment here needs a lot of work: the mattresses are as hard as rocks, the sheets and pillows are uncomfortable, the food is average and expensive, the walls are thin, the doors always sound like you are slamming them when they are closed, and don’t get me started on the French doors to the bathroom.
