The room was excellent - plenty of space, up to date, and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
I booked here because it got 4.2 out of 5 star reviews. We will not stay here again. Our mattress was very hard (as in "old" vs. "firm") and extremely uncomfortable. When we told the front desk, staff said, "we could try a bed in another room, but most of them were similar." According to staff, new mattresses have been ordered but haven't arrived, yet. Location is poor unless you like sleeping adjacent to I-40 and Tinker AFB with noisy military planes taking off all hours of the night. Breakfast was okay. Waffles stuck to waffle makes but promptly changed out by Staff. Staff was courteous.
OUR SOFTBALL TEAM STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A TOURNAMENT. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. FROM THE FIRST TIME I CALLED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS TO CHECKING OUT. THE ROOMS ARE HUGE WITH A LOT OF SPACE AND CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.
Amazing visit. The clerk at 9pm when we got there and the clerk at 4am when we checked out were so friendly! The room was great, well stocked and clean! And the bed was extremely comfortable. (We were also exhausted, and that always helps) Overall it was wonderful. Would stay again!
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY QUIET. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. FREE NEWSPAPERS, LOCAL AND USA. THE HOTEL WAS BEING REMODELED BUT LOOKED GREAT BEFORE THE REMODEL. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL EVEN TOOK LUGGAGE TO ROOM FOR US. GOOD LOCATION TO TINKER AFB AND NEXT TO FREEWAY TO GET AROUND. NO COMPLAINTS AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. GOOD PRICE TOO WITH SAME SERVICES AS HIGHER PRICE HOTELS.
