I got into a wreck right in front of the main entrance... Looked nice from what I could see....
Overall, it has improved. It took a while for it get into the bad shape that it was in and I'm sure that it is going to take some time to fix it all up.
I wrote the original review and I will admit things are changing. The Park has been sold a couple of times now, but they have made improvements. The pool has been repaired and will be opening soon. They have put in playground equipment for the children and they have trimmed some of the trees around here. There are still some more that is in and around power lines that need to be taken care of.
Too expensive for a run mobile home park
Small Mobile home Park but management is on top of things, and quickly responds to tenant needs/concerns. Very family oriented.
It's a kennel! Barking dogs,motorcycles poor maintenance. Forget it.
