Safe, quiet (except for air traffic from Tinker AFB's airfield), reasonable rent with decent amenities.
My son and his girlfriend have lived their in our RV for 5 months and it has been a peaceful experience. A real community atmosphere.

Owner of the property is a rich real estate investor. In past 2 to 3 years is putting out all the permanent homes under the pretense it was being rezoned for rvs only. It has been a big lie. (Public record). Mind your p's and q's as any little discussion with mgmt will get you ousted.
