I have to search for someone when I need help finding something, and I feel they are a bit understaffed.
Overall my experiences have been good there in terms of having what I need/parts.
Excellent gardening supplies exotic and out of the ordinary organic plant food that you can't find at other places staff is always very friendly and helpful and it's also dog friendly I'm always pleased when I go the plants a cell here to or A+ and they give you a one year guarantee it's like a cross between a Old Country feed store and a Modern City Garden area compliments everyone
Pros:
I took 4 chainsaw chains to be sharpened at the store and they did a terrible job at it. When I got to my location to start cutting they would not cut, and upon inspection I found that they had all been sharpened improperly and about half of the cutting edges were missed/skipped when sharpened. I went ahead and bought my own sharpener so I don't waste my time like that again.
Always good.
Cons:
The new staff is lazy! I was the only costumer in the store, staff was to lazy to help me find what I needed. When I told them that I needed help finding an item they "just stood around" and told me what aisle to find it on. As I was leaving the store without a purchase "still being the only costumer in the store" they just stood there and watched me leave never even asking me if I was able to find what I needed. LAZY LAZY ! The old or usual staff has always been most helpful.7/6/2017
