Good Lowe's to go to. They could use more cashier help in the mornings at the contractors check out but not a big thing good people working there
I have bad knees I tried to use the only working handicap motorized cart, when you stopped it would go backwards. Plus I think it had a bent axle or something. Definitely needed attention. Yes it's a builders store, but other handicapped people need building & homeowner supplies. Handicapped electric carts need to be available & it proper working order.
Do you like waiting in line? Then this is the place for you. Only 1 checkout open every time I have gone in. All self checkout closed. Plenty of employees walking around doing nothing. Brilliant way to get out of work guys. Now I order online Lowe's. You will be closed soon like Sears.
I walked into the contractors side the other day and three employees were standing by the front door chatting about who was getting off of work first. I asked where all the carts were and they said in the parking lot. Had to go get my own. They were still standing there when I got back.
If I could give 0 stars I would terrible customer service!!! Ordered 2 faucets and I was told they would be there in 5 days 16 days later I was told they were finally on a truck after multiple calls, then I was hung up on by a so called manager. Finally got a call they were there, late at night via voice-mail, called the next day took 5 calls to get someone. By this point I've lost my cool as anyone would, they confirm they are there I make the HOUR drive to get a manager, yet another one (I've dealt with 3 different ones by this point who all give me different stories) this one says pretty rudely well we called you twice to offer to ship. Mind you that would have taken more time. Then after I've lost my cool because I've told him no one has told me that when I finally got someone after 5 phone attempts he tells me how I need to watch my language which none was directed at him. Then proceeds to tell me they actually have had my faucets for a good 4 days so i was lied too! To top this off I got a follow up call to see how my faucets that I didn't even have were working out for me! Needless to say I've called corporate and I'll be making another call and this lowes has lost all my business and all lowes may have as well. Never had this problem at Home Depot!
