Donna (excuse me if I don't have the right name it's around that one) was excellent. She helped me so much in a tight situation. She is the definition of a GREAT worker!!!
Snotty receptionist at front desk. My fiancee went in to have a physical because he just got a job with the government. He hadn't received his insurance card yet and it was really a problem for them. We're new to Oklahoma so it left us with a poor impression of this facility, Midwest City, and Oklahoma. The nursing staff and doctor he saw were very pleasant and friendly, however.
Doctor and staff are always helpful and kind. I don't know what I would do without them.
pleasant doctor and staff but unwilling to work with insurance issues and totally rude and uncooperative when confusion over co-payment came up. Also hand you off the tests you need to send in on your own then just have voice mail on the results no one to explain those to you. Will not go back!
Have been going here for over 10 years and can not complain about the care. There have been bad visits and good visits, mostly good visits, but no body is perfect so don't expect it here. They are usually quite helpful, cooperative and caring. Everyone has a bad day, and doesn't mean to be snotty to others, but it happens. I just overlook it and go on. I would not change Drs for anything. I have moved 150 miles away and continue to come here for my care.
