Received a bill that shows the amounts were not filled with my insurance and was also double charged. In the past 2 months I have left 8 voicemails to get the billing errors corrected so that I can pay the remaining amount but cannot for the life of me get a call back. However, I did receive 2 letters in the mail threatening to report it to the credit bureau. My children will not be back.
She is very insensitive and I will never go back.
