They have taught me true integrity of running a business with outstanding customer service. All of the Reps are honest and stick behind their word 100%. Not to mention the owner is a great man who always puts the customer first as well does this company. We are totally impressed with Parker Brothers, and just had our third roof installed by them. The shingles used on the second roof were faulty (no fault of PB, it was a national company). When we contacted the shingle company, they agreed to pay to replace the shingles, but not to tear down the existing ones. Parker Brothers installed the new shingles and absorbed the cost of the teardown. That is exactly why I choose Parker Brothers. The workers and courteous, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when the job was completed. Ryan and James are great to work with - will go the extra mile to please the customer. We definitely recommend Parker Brother Roofing to any one that asks.
Take before and after pictures read contract front and back this company will try to place a lien on your property I'm going to court with them right now on an issuecan't talk much about it now but read your contract I live in Fort Smith Arkansas I have six contracts for the same job all different prices
