Great company, have done business with them for over 10 years.
They break way too many landlord tenant laws and have gotten away with it only because people don't know their rights or just don't want to deal with it. I have family who keep putting up with em, we have attorneys in the family too. Any day now, could be the last day of their business if they keep it up. Especially lately with some new employee's, rude and uneducated...not a good way to keep a business.
DISCRIMINATION!!! First of all it took several times calling to get anyone to answer the phone. The woman who answered the phone, finally was very rude! We went and looked at the houses we were interested in, and that woman gave us the application. When I went in to pay the application fee and turn in the application, Collette handed it back to me and told me they didn't accept subgroup tennants! I was outraged! The people applying for the house was me, my mother and my son. Since we are not a "conventional" family, they would not accept us. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness in my life! Avoid at all cost!!!
A few months ago a friend was looking to rent a home that she found on this website. After calling this company numerous times and leaving messages, not one person returned her call. I thought well maybe that rental was no longer available. My experience came when I called to inquire about a house FOR SALE, the agent I spoke with acted like she didnt want to tell me anything about the property I had to ask questions. Ive worked and talked to realtors before and everyone that I know are friendly and really really try to sell the property in question. I know now NOT to bother looking at a home for sale by this company.
