I am amazed at the cleanliness of the gym also, they are cleaning constantly while I am there working out, very nice to see!!
I wasn't sure how to contact the person that needs to hear this, but I want to commend Stephen Davis at the Midwest City 10-Gym on how pleased I am at the results I am getting due to his training abilities. I am 60 years old, and began training with him about 7 weeks ago and have lost 24 lbs. Marc, signed me up with this program and I am so grateful he showed me what this can do for me. I have recently been told I have the start of Rheumatoid Arthritis and working out with Stephen is helping my pain so much. Not only have Marc and Stephen been very helpful and encouraging, but their professionalism has been so welcomed in this day and time. I just wanted their superiors to know what a wonderful job they are doing and I couldn't be more pleased!!
