I love Aldi's and I have been to many Aldi's locations across 3 states and this is by far the worst one I've been to. They can never keep anything stocked. I never see anyone restocking when I go in. The produce is awful. If it's not rotting, it's on the verge of. Last week I needed potatoes and almost all the bags had rotting potatoes. The smell was awful and there were flies everywhere. The same thing with the pumpkins yesterday. This store needs an overhaul. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
Aldi is my favorite. Time and time again, they prove to have some of the lowest prices. I also love their organic options. I buy my organic beef and veggies here as well as some organic baby foods. The workers are always nice and the store is always organized by category! They also have amazing deals on house decor, I got a huge area rug there for 6.99 and it has lasted a long time!
Meat is decent priced, they carry mostly their brand food, haven't had anything horrible. The prices are pretty good. Produce is priced fairly and nice quality. A growing selection of organic produce and food products.
The shelves are kept well stocked and the staff knows when to open more registers. Aldi's selection of unique imports and hard to find flavors is very exciting. Some of their brands hold up well in comparison to name brands - others struggle a bit more. The produce & dairy will wilt/sour a little quicker than other sources but if you shop in a European style (getting what you need every day or couple of days) you have nothing to worry about.
It is a grocery store. You need a quarter for a cart and bring your own bags. If you don't you can use their empty boxes or buy their bags.
