I have been a customer with them for several years, and i have never been more comfortable with a finance company then i have with regional. the payments are structured to your needs and ability to repay and if you are going to be late with a payment they only ask that you call and stay in contact with them. They have always worked with me and helped when i had questions. Anyone that is in need of some financial assistance these people are the ones to see.
This company is the worst company there is, they are unwilling to help when you have trouble paying them back. They will turn your payment down even if your less then 10 dollars off. I have never known of a company not to take a payment before. If I were you I would not do business with themever........
I got a call from them today looking for someone I haven't spoken to in years. Did some research on the company and it turns out they prey on people in need (168% interest rates) and in most reviews on Consumer Reports they do everything they can to ruin those people's lives. I highly recommend never using them and run them out of business.
