Kohl's 7401 SE 29th, Midwest City, OK 73110. Kohl's is a good, quality store to shop. Always running specials to save one a little cash and the clothes, shoes and additional areas like bath, kitchen and living areas carry a nice quality touch. The employees are always knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Plus, Kohl's allows merchandise returns that truly are hassle free!! This is a HUGE benefit in my book and an excellent business/marketing decision on behalf of Kohl's. Much, much better than some of their competitors that will remain nameless here. I always keep Kohl's in Midwest City at the top of my list whenever it comes to fast, friendly, quality brand shopping!!
The cashier was the nicest lady. However, the gentleman who calls himself a manager is not manager material. Mike I believe was his name blue shirt and pants falling off. As I was speaking to the lady manager Christina about a TV apparently they hold TV's during black Friday for customer, mind you it had been 2 hours since the person dropped this tv at the cashier to hold and then "left the store" this manager guy interrupted me while I was trying to speak with the woman. Cut me off then came back and started pointing his finger at my husband. That is not how you act as a manager at all. Everything was fine and communication was going well until he interrupted the other manager and myself speaking. Teach your people how to be managers and make sure they get the story straight the first time when speaking to a customer. It's so sad.
They raise prices then put them on "sale". You can find great deals in clearance though
"Do you guys sell Levi 560 jeans? " I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get this simple question answered. The guy finally told me when I called back that he could not leave his post to answer me. I think I see why brick-and-mortar is going out of business
Very clean, very orderly, and everybody was extremely helpful. And by orderly I mean sizes weren't all mixed up everything was where it should be. I was very impressed.
