After listening to me speak with several competitors Mrs Daifi asked if I'd be happy with a Mazda? She then said these words that melted my heart: "I'm gonna make sure you get to see your daughter!"
I was traveling from Fort Worth, TX to Springfield, MO when my car broke down NE of Oklahoma City. It had to be towed to a mechanic so I needed to rent a car to continue my journey.
Friendly service, accommaded us an hour before our scheduled pickup, explained all the details of the rental. Zeke was great!
At first she conveyed they had no vehicles available immediately so I stayed at the location contacting competitors who would say they had a vehicle and then contact afterwards to say "no we won't have one ready until later in the evening." I couldn't wait that long because my daughter had a medical issue and I needed to get there ASAP.
I couldn't believe it. I was almost to the point of returning to Fort Worth because I was so frustrated.
The Budget location in Texarkana Tx. Was a nightmare to find. And the dolly that they gave me didn't work. I was unable to use. And they were rude at the location when called about the problem. Now on the other hand Hind was a great experience at the Oklahoman City location.
I just wanted to share what an awesome employee you have in Hind Daifi at the Midwest City, OK location.
My daughter was so thankful I could make it and I will forever be indebted to Mrs Daifi for her help and compassionate heart.
The place is always dirty, they book cars for you that they can't provide sometimes, they can be rude at times and they will rip you off on rentals. Be very careful with them. Several years of renting from them has finally come to an end for me.
Never had an issue with anything in the over 20+ times I've rented from them, sorry to hear Gary left.
