I bought a truck in June. Since then I've had two issues with it and everytime I call the dealership they say there is nothing they can do about it. Not even giving it any time of the day. Customer service is not good. Just trying to sell a vehicle to a customer and not worry about the issues the customer has about the vehicle that was sold to them. Two issues of finally bugging them enough they finally found a solution. That should have been the first thing done when I called the first time both times. Bad customer service all the way around. Never buying a vehicle from you guys again.

Andrea is an excellent sales person. I was looking for a car that sits a little higher, larger than my last car. And I also want a good value with a repair plan. Andrea had all of that and she sold me a 2016 Jeep Renegade. My loan was processed and approved quickly. My son and his wife were impressed with the professionalism and they will check Enterprise when they car shop in the near future. I am very pleased with my vehicle.

This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I absolutely DESPISE the games that car dealers play with you, the haggling, the double talk, everything. I have said for years that I wish Wal-mart would start selling cars because I would know that I was getting a fair price with no haggling or fuss. That's what I found at Enterprise.
